DHL Case Study

in 2017, DHL used Manhattan WMOS 2013 version of WMS across its

sites in the Indonesia region. The implementations at DHL, like most

other 3PLs have short runway. At this site, the entire implementation,

from requirements gathering, design, configuration, development –

including integration, testing, cut-over and go-live had to be

completed in roughly 12 weeks.

NCSP teams partnered with DHL Indonesia team for an on time and highly successful system upgrade implementation. Since then, NCSP teams have partnered with implementation of WMOS in multiple countries including, Korea, Japan, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, New Zealand, India and more.
